Where do you ship from?

New Jersey, USA

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within North America (The contigent United States, Canada and Central America)

I am unable to ship to any of these countries, nor can I ship to the UK/EU due to laws and regulations.

When will I recieve my order?

Orders will be sent out once a week. Please allow 3-10 business days (US orders) or 2-8 weeks (International orders) from shipping date for your order to arrive. Please note that shipping might be delayed due to other factors, like the continuing COVID-19 pandemic or holidays.

PRE-ORDERS will take several weeks to ship out, based on how long it takes the manufacterer to produce and ship the product. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, feel free to contact via email

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

Once the order is shipped, I cannot offer any exchanges or returns. Any changes to an order must be made before the item is shipped out, and should be made by sending me and email with your order number. Refunds/exchanges will not be offered for customer errors, so make sure to throughly review your order and information before placing it.

**REFUND POLICY**

Refunds can only be offered before your order is shipped out. In the event of a damaged/lost product, please reach out via email with screenshots/photographic proof to resolve the situation! Your satisfaction with an order matters greatly to me!

I handle all orders by myself so please allow for time between communications, as I am only one person! Any chargebacks placed prior to communication via email will result in a store ban
